Dr Michelle Tolfrey

Senior Clinical Psychologist

Michelle is a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist, with over 15 years of experience working in the NHS. She completed her doctorate at Royal Holloway, University of London and has since worked in a range of services including inpatient hospitals, specialist community therapy clinics and prison.

Dr Sarah Robinson

Senior Clinical Psychologist

Sarah completed her professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London. Alongside her work at Talking Heads, Sarah works as a Specialist Psychologist in an IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) NHS service.

Dr Natasha Sarkissian

Senior Clinical Psychologist


Natasha trained as a Clinical Psychologist at University College London (UCL) and has over 18 years of experience working in the NHS. Natasha is currently the Head of Therapies at HMP Pentonville, and has considerable experience working with individuals, groups, and organisations.

DR Rebecca Rose

Senior Clinical Psychologist


Rebecca trained as a Clinical Psychologist at University College London (UCL) and has over 15 years of experience working in the NHS. She is currently working as a psychologist within a Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment team

Shaun Roberts

Senior Psychotherapist

Shaun completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Therapy from University of Southampton and is a British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) Accredited Psychotherapist.


Christie Coho

Senior Psychotherapist

Christie has nearly 20 years’ experience providing therapy and clinical social work, primarily in the NHS and other public sector settings. She earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at Royal Holloway, University of London.

Dr Jessica Roberts

Clinical Psychologist

Jessica has over 10 years’ experience in the NHS working in mental and physical health services and at present she works part time with children with chronic health problems. She completed her doctorate training at University College London and has worked in numerous contexts in the community and in hospitals, both with adults and children/ young people.

Andy Cottle

Co-founder and Finance & Ops Director

Andy has over twenty years’ experience of working with some of the most innovative companies within the London technology sector. He has an interest in developing new approaches to organisations, making them streamlined, cost effective and accessible to those who use them.
